Defer-to-closing option carries additional fees and listing restrictions apply. STANDARD: $125 under 1700 sqft
PREMIUM: $165 over 1700 sqft but under 3500 sqft
LUXURY: $215 over 3500 sqft but under 5000 sqft
pricing for over 5000 sqft properties available upon request
DISCLAIMER: All listing package rates are subject to standard sales tax, if applicable. Real View Property Imaging reserves the right to refuse any and all services offered within 12 hours of scheduled shooting time.
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER: Real View Property Imaging reserves the right to refuse any aerial imaging due to safety or legal concerns with specified property. All properties utilizing this service will be reviewed and assessed prior to shoot. Clients are responsible to clear this service with any Homeowners Association and/or any non-governmental oversight committee.
