Real View Property Imaging currently offers its services in packages and individually for as low as $149. Below is a list of our current offerings and costs. Defer-to-closing option carries additional fees and listing restrictions apply. Our most popular media product offers everything you need to make your listing stand out. Interior, exterior and aerial photography with a 2D Floor-Plan included.
STANDARD: $299 up to 3,500 sqft
PREMIUM: $349 3,500 - 5,000 sqft
LUXURY: $399 - Up to 5,000 sqft and includes enhanced walkthrough video (example below).

Please note that ZILLOW SHOWCASE listings require a floorplan/3D Tour to be provided and this should be factored into the products chosen by the agent. All packages above comply with SHOWCASE guidelines.
Individual Services
Interior and Exterior HDR Photos of your listing.
Pricing is in accordance with Square Footage or delivery count, whichever is higher.
STANDARD: $149 under 1700 sqft (up to 25 photos)
PREMIUM: $189 over 1700 sqft but under 3500 sqft (up to 35 photos)
LUXURY: $224 over 3500 sqft but under 5000 sqft (No limit)

Aerial Imaging
Give a new perspective on your listings.
ADD ON: $75 to any package (typically up to 10 photos)
AERIAL ONLY: $119 (Typically up to 15 photos)
2D Floor-Plan
Give your clients all the info they could need with a full floor-plan or Zillow 3D Tour.
ADD ON: $60
FLOOR PLAN ONLY: $99
*Zillow 3D Tour for Showcase listings is required.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER: Real View Property Imaging reserves the right to refuse any aerial imaging due to safety or legal concerns with specified property. All properties utilizing this service will be reviewed and assessed prior to shoot. Clients are responsible to clear this service with any Homeowners Association and/or any non-governmental oversight committee.
